Is SUMMIT only for younger footballers?
No. SUMMIT is for footballers at different stages, including adult amateur, semi-professional and professional players. Your level is based on your goals, experience and the coaching support you need — not your age.
Is this just a training programme I follow alone?
No. Every SUMMIT level has a progressive training pathway and support with organising sessions around your football schedule. The amount of assessment, monitoring and individual coaching increases across the levels.
How do I fit sessions around matches and club training?
We review your weekly football commitments at onboarding and position sessions around them. We also revisit your schedule when your football demands change.
How many gym sessions will I have?
Basecamp: 2 main sessions plus an optional third. Nevis: 3 plus an optional fourth. Kilimanjaro: 4 plus an optional fifth. Everest: individual planning based on your needs and calendar.
How much does SUMMIT cost?
Basecamp £19.99/month; Nevis £24.99/month; Kilimanjaro £34.99/month; Everest £79.99/month. Subscribe securely using the Stripe checkout links on each programme page.
How is training delivered?
Training is delivered through TrueCoach, with structured progression and coaching support appropriate to your membership.
What if I'm currently injured?
Tell us about injuries or limitations during onboarding. We will discuss whether SUMMIT is appropriate and may ask you to obtain clearance from a qualified medical professional. SUMMIT does not replace medical rehabilitation.
Can I change SUMMIT levels?
Yes, you can discuss changing the level of support as your needs develop. Availability may be limited for Everest.
Can I cancel my SUMMIT subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your SUMMIT subscription at any time. Once your cancellation has been processed, you will not be billed for the next monthly billing period. To request cancellation, email contact@athleanacademy.com from the email address used for your subscription, ideally before your next renewal date. Please refer to the terms shown at checkout for details of your current paid period and any applicable refunds.
